Office Hours

Our office opens at 9:00 am and closes at 10:00 pm daily (including weekends).

You are welcome to stop by or phone us at any time during our office hours.

We will do our best to help you and resolve any concerns or problems you may have within a reasonable time-frame.

Emergency numbers are provided in each flat in case you need to contact us when the office is closed for any valid pressing issues.

Late Arrivals

We welcome late arrivals!

However, if you plan to arrive after 10:00 pm please notify us immediately! We require at least a 24-hour notice as we need to arrange for a member of our staff to wait for you.

Arrivals between 10:00 pm and midnight are subject to £20.00 service fee payable in cash on arrival. Every started hour after midnight will be charged £10.00 extra.

Weekly Maid Service & Fresh Towels

Our guests receive a full service every 7 days including a change of linens and general cleaning.

Full services do not take place on Sundays. A change of fresh towels is given every 3-4 days.

Additional cleaning can be scheduled at an extra charge with a 24-hour advance notice.

Please contact the office for additional cleaning arrangements.

Internet Service

We provide wireless internet service in our flats at an additional charge.
Some flats have the option as using an Ethernet cable connection as well.
A limited number of Ethernet cables is available from the office on a first-come first-serve basis at £10.00 deposit.

Satellite TV

Most of our flats (with the exception of budget accommodation) have around 400 satellite TV channels for you to enjoy!

Taxi Service & Airport Transfers Should you need to use a taxi while staying with us please do not hesitate to ask if we can schedule one for you at the reception. We can generally find you a good rate with the mini-cab companies we cooperate with or provide you with a number you can call.

While we do not offer airport pick-up services we are happy to schedule transportation to the airport when you check out. Please check with us on arrival for the best rates.

Luggage Storage

Whereas check-in starts at 2:00 pm you are welcome to drop off your luggage as early as 9:00 am on the day you arrive. Please make sure you come back to complete your check-in before 10:00 pm!

Laundry Services

Our buildings are equipped with laundry rooms for tenant use only. The laundry machines and drying machines are coin-operated. Dry-cleaning facilities are available within walking distance in the neighborhood by own arrangement. Irons and ironing boards are provided in the flats for your convenience.

Shops, Restaurants and Other Facilities in the Area

With the nearby Queensway (literally minutes walking from your flat) the Bayswater area enjoys a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs.

Whiteleys Shopping Centre is home to many shops, retailers and restaurants including an Odeon cinema.

Supermarkets in the area include but are not limited to Mark & Spencer’s, Tesco, Spar and ethnic Queensway Market.

Portobello Market and Notting Hill shopping areas are within walking distance as well with good connections by the underground and buses to Oxford Street and Marble Arch retailers.

World-famous Hyde Park provides a perfect environment for a morning jog yet those who prefer to exercise in a more professional facility will be quite satisfied with the close-by LA Fitness and Porchester Centre (Gym membership is not included in the room rates).
